What is the Fast Track mediation service?
Many couples that are getting divorced have minimal complexity in their divorce situation and may not require the thorough and all inclusive process that a traditional mediation would provide. Generally couples who have been married less than 5 years and do not have any children and believe they will be able to agree on most things may fit into this category.
For this purpose we have created our Fast Track Divorce Mediation Service.
The mediator in this type of setting guides the couple through the maze of divorce issues in one mediation session and tries to ensure that the couple has looked at every option and exposes any weaknesses in their existing agreements. The advantages of this process is obvious as both time and money are saved. Most of the time it will only take a few weeks for the divorce to be complete and we put a cap on the cost of $510.00 however many times the cost can be as little as $150.00 depending on your situation and needs.
