Gretchen has mediated over 400 hours with couples trying to seek the best solutions to complete their divorce as amicably as possible, and is now a full time Master Mediator with our company.  She is an active member in the Utah Council on conflict Resolution and spends as much time as possible volunteering for both the SLC courts, as well as the Utah County court systems.  She is experienced with divorce, child custody disputes, parenting plans, financial evaluations, parent/teen, victim/offender, truancy, age/sex/race discrimination, community, teen/peer, contract, landlord/tenant and other civil mediations.

Gretchen takes great pride in the Mediation process and goes above and beyond to try and create a level playing field for all parties involved.  She believes the system can create peaceful situations even in the worst of divorce cases.  Gretchen is currently learning Spanish and English Sign Language and is an enthusiastic member of our group
